Please note the Church opening times if you are not coming to a special event.
Toilets are available (including for visitors with disabilities) and on Saturday mornings there are refreshments available in the Priory Pantry.
Use the address or the map below. The main entrance (primarily for pedestrians) is on Castle Hill, off Castle Street, Tutbury, Staffordshire, DE13 9JF or follow the Tutbury Castle brown tourist signs.
For drivers with walking difficulties, there is parking for a few cars near the South Door – please contact the Verger (or whoever is organising your visit) if this facility will be needed.
Cars may drive down to the Church from the Castle Hill entrance for loading and unloading equipment or people with walking difficulties but then must immediately find a parking space outside of the Church grounds.
Free parking is available in Duke Street car park (nearest post code DE13 9NE) and some on-street parking on Castle Street and Monk Street, but Church Street is too narrow for parking.
Wheelchair users are most welcome but there is one step up and two down at the entrance to the Church. If possible please contact the Verger (or whoever is organising your visit) so that the double doors can be opened in advance and the temporary ramps made ready (a project is in progress to provide direct wheelchair access).
For people coming to the Service on Sunday mornings, the Medical Centre staff car park in Church Street may be used for parking, but not on any other day of the week. Please do not use the parking slots on the side next to the Medical Centre as these are still required for staff.
